As pack leader your duty is to make, clarify, and apply fair and consistent pack rules, Also your job is to care for, shelter, feed, and exercise and most importantly love your pack. To gain control you must learn to connect successfully with your furry family member.
Our training objective is to assist you to cultivate the skills to communicate with your dog in a method that doesn’t intrude upon his pride. The result will be a shared, enjoyable relationship. We will teach you to use the blend of constructive reinforcement, motivation and correction approaches to connect with your canine friend.
A well-mannered dog doesn’t instantly happen with a few classes. It takes continued training, effort, and consistency on your part long after your classes are done. Huntingdon Hounds will use a combination of treat training and praise training, with the goal of weaning out treats all together, to obtain positive results for you and your furry family.
